Fun things to do with your camera and Photoshop

There are some fun things you can do with your camera that are both easy, quick and educational. In my mind the two most difficult concepts to get your brain around in photography are Equivalent Exposure and Depth of Field. Once you get the idea they become, as they say, "no brainers", but until then they can be a bit allusive and not incredibly obvious. And there are a million different ways to do the same thing in Photoshop but there are some fun tricks that make the job a little more straightforward and/or easy that can help make your workflow more efficient.
